This module is a double passive STEREO patchbay. It requires 3.5mm stereo audio cables. Its operation is exactly the same as the 2HP model (mono) but dedicated to stereo signals.

Patchbay:
The patchbay has two identical vertical slices. It takes up the philosophy of a classic audio patchbay, we find the same modes, except that here, everything is accessible directly from the front. All signals are accepted.
The 4 “3.5 mm jack” connectors can be inputs or outputs depending on the connector chosen.

The screen printing of the panel represents the two main modes of the patchbay:

– Mode 1: If no cable is connected at 4, internal routing links 1, 2 & 3
– Mode 2: If a cable is connected in 4, the link between 1, 2 & 3 is disconnected, 1 & 3 are isolated from 2 & 4

Multiple :
Le multiple passif accepte tous les signaux. Pour le CV volt/octave, il est préférable de limiter X2 pour conserver un bon suivi, c’est à dire un accordage respecté sur plusieurs octaves.
Le patchbay peut être utilisé seul, se transformer en multiple ou se combiner en patchbay + multiple.
En effet, un signal entrant en 1 sera multiplié en 2 & 3 (idem s’il entre en 2, il sera multiplié en 1 et 3, tous les connecteurs pouvant être IN ou OUT…)
En connectant les deux cavaliers à l’arrière, un lien est créé en interne pour combiner les deux tranches du module.
Ainsi, le signal entrant en 1 (haut) sortira en 2 (haut), 3 (haut), 1 (bas), 2 (bas) & 3 (bas) !
