This module is a dual passive patch bay (It is a lighter version of this module).

Patchbay:
The patchbay has two identical vertical slices. It takes the philosophy of a classic audio patch bay, we find the same modes, except that here, everything is accessible directly from the front. All signals are accepted.
The 4 “3.5mm jack” connectors can be inputs or outputs depending on the connections chosen.

– Mode 1: If no cable is connected in 4, internal routing links 1, 2 & 3
– Mode 2: If a cable is connected in 4, the link between 1, 2 & 3 is disconnected, 1 & 3 are isolated from 2 & 4

Multiple:
The passive multiple accepts all signals. For volt / octave CV, it is preferable to limit X2 to maintain good tracking, ie a tuning respected over several octaves.
The patchbay can be used alone, transform into a multiple or combine into a patchbay + multiple.
Indeed, a signal entering in 1 will be multiplied in 2 & 3 (same if it enters in 2, it will be multiplied in 1 and 3, all the connectors being able to be IN or OUT …)
By connecting the jumper on the back, a link is created internally to combine the two slices of the module.
Thus, the signal entering in 1 (top) will come out in 2 (top), 3 (top), 1 (bottom), 2 (bottom) & 3 (bottom)!
